Amber Brink

Ms. Brink has a true passion for the practice of law, with many years of experience both inside and outside of the courtroom. She is a graduate of the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law where she attended part-time evening and weekend classes while working full-time in insurance litigation and raising her teenager.

During her undergraduate years attending California State University of Northridge, Ms. Brink majored in Philosophy with an emphasis on legal ethics. Prior to graduating Cum Laude, she held an internship at the Van Nuys Superior Court in California where she worked under several judges with both criminal and civil dockets.

Ms. Brink then started working as a Litigation Specialist for a major insurance company, where she handled over 2,000 cases involving property damage and personal injury over a period of 17 years. Ms. Brink attended and actively participated in all aspects of litigation to include policy interpretation, expert retention, mediations, depositions, and trials. While working full-time, Ms. Brink graduated Summa Cum Laude from Regis University, earning a Masters in Business Administration.

While working full-time, Ms. Brink also earned her law degree from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law, passing the Colorado State Bar Exam in February 2022. During her time at the University of Denver, Ms. Brink volunteered for LYRIC where she educated Colorado youth about the U.S. Constitution. Ms. Brink also won a legal persuasive writing contest and earned a certification in Advanced Legal Research. She is actively involved in the Colorado LGBT Bar Association, serving on the Judicial Endorsements Committee and the Public Policy Committee.
